Fun Trip

We just returned from a great family trip. We started by visiting some old friends in North Carolina. It was great to see them. Then we headed down the Florida coast and found a great beach to play on. The kids loved playing in the ocean and jumping over the waves. Then we drove on to the most magical place: Disney World!!! We spent 5 days there playing and having a great time. The kids were so good and it was a lot of fun....we can't wait to do it again!

We took a safari, went on expedition everest, tried out splash mountain, took a magic carpet ride, and took a star tour. And we loved every minute of it!

We had dinner at the Polynesian Resort: the food was great and the show was fabulous. They had dances from all the Islands and then this guy who did crazy things with a burning stick. Dessert was this chocolate mousse that was served on a tray with a steaming volcanoe. It was great!

We finished off the trip with a drive through the Great Smokey Mountains (which were really beautiful) and a hike up to a waterfall. On the way, we saw a mama bear with two cubs. The cubs were adorable and they were really close to us. It was a great way to finish the trip.
