After rearranging half of the house just to make room for a tree, we have it up and decorated. I just love a decorated Christmas tree. When all the other lights are off and just the tree is lit up, it is so magical. I love this time of year...not all the craziness of parties, shopping, baking, etc. but the time I spend with the kids decorating cookies, talking about the birth, life and death of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and the joy that comes from knowing that I can be with these wonderful children and my great husband forever. I am so thankful for that little babe that was born in a stable so long ago.
